From the very beginning, Amy’s vision has been to empower others to live fulfilling lives - walking tall with confidence, joy, vibrant health, and clarity of mind that goes far beyond the physical. That vision is more relevant now than ever before.
Since launching her business in 2009, Amy has dreamed big - always holding space for people to grow, thrive, and flourish in every aspect of their lives, without exception.

Each week, we impact the lives of hundreds of children, teens, and adults - creating a powerful ripple effect that spreads positivity, hope, and transformation. Yes, positivity is contagious.
For us, it’s about more than just helping people - it’s about healing the planet, working in harmony with one another, and leading with love. We’re devoted to raising global consciousness and protecting the Earth and its animals. A core part of our mission includes rescuing elephants across India and supporting vulnerable children across Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. While our roots are in the UK, our impact reaches far and wide.

IF YOU SQUEEZED ME INTO A NUTSHELL
Throughout my life, I’ve faced and overcome significant adversity - from abuse and pain to deep suffering. I am living proof of post-traumatic growth. Healing is an inside job; everything begins within. Through years of personal development, inner work, and spiritual growth, I’ve strengthened my mindset and transformed my life from the inside out.
Now, I dedicate my journey to helping others - so that they don’t have to suffer as I once did. My mission is to raise global consciousness and contribute to a more peaceful, joyful world.
Even as a child, I was naturally kind, generous, and drawn to helping others. That calling has only grown stronger. Today, my passion lies in empowering you to help yourself.
Because self-help is the key to lasting transformation.
My professional background spans over a decade in the creative industries - from business to the arts, jewellery, and fashion. I’ve always loved learning and hold multiple qualifications, including CAD/CAM Jewellery Design, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Dance, Painting, and Access Consciousness (The Bars).
With a deep love for holistic therapies, mindfulness, and meditation, I’ve created The Positivity Pack - a unique, innovative self-help toolkit. It includes supportive add-ons, a like-minded community, and live guided sessions - all thoughtfully designed with you in mind.

Amy has been writing and speaking professionally since 2018 and she’s only just getting started. With a steady flow of public appearances and written work, her momentum shows no signs of slowing.
A 10-time author in the fields of mindset, spirituality, nutrition, and self-help, Amy continues to expand her reach through powerful collaborations. She’s currently co-creating Soul Food, a book series with soul-led entrepreneurs in health and well-being.
Through her innovative Recovery programme, Amy supports hundreds of children and teenagers, helping them heal, grow, and thrive. She regularly speaks across the UK at Mind, Body & Spirit events, inspiring audiences with her energy, insight, and authenticity.
Amy is also the voice behind the Pure Talk Podcast, a growing platform for raw, meaningful conversations and she’s on an exciting path toward her first TED Talk. As a singer-songwriter, she’s channelling her creativity into her upcoming album Pure Emotion.

“I founded The Recovery Programme because I lived through the pain, confusion, and devastation that domestic abuse inflicts - not just on individuals, but on entire families. I experienced the silence and the shame, the invisible scars left by coercive control, economic abuse, and emotional and mental manipulation. I saw firsthand how the systems that are meant to protect us -family courts, social services, legal aid can often fall short, leaving victims exhausted, unheard, and vulnerable.
I started this programme because I didn’t want anyone else to feel as alone or powerless as I once did. Families deserve peace. Children deserve safety and stability. Survivors deserve to be believed and supported. And the cycle of abuse must be broken - not just behind closed doors, but in our communities and our institutions.”
The Recovery Programme is here to create real change. Amy and her team offer guidance, resources, and strength to those who have suffered. They help people reclaim their voices, rebuild their lives, and protect their children. This is about healing, about justice, and above all, about hope.
